What is the problem?

 

Children in countries fighting civil wars, poverty, and for survival are being recruited into armies to join in brutal fighting that only adults should have to endure. They are abducted from their homes and families and tortured into joining government armed forces, paramilitaries, civil militia, and other armed forces.
